A few things to know:

• Your parking pass is included with the purchase of your Observation Deck ticket.
• It is separate from your admission ticket.
• It is a hard-copy document and CANNOT be emailed to you. It is not electronic.
• You must have it before you come to the museum for your ticketed session. You cannot pick it up upon arrival.
• It must be displayed in your window as you drive to the museum. It is required to approach the Balloon Museum parking lot. Without it, you will be directed to Balloon Fiesta general parking, potentially some distance from the museum. 

HOW TO GET YOUR PARKING PASS:
When you purchase your tickets, please indicate how you will acquire your parking pass, depending on the date of purchase.

Your pass will be mailed, at no additional charge via USPS first-class mail.

PURCHASES MADE SEPT. 22 – OCT. 5

• Will-Call at the Balloon Museum Gift Shoppe (No charge) during these hours:
  • Sept. 22 – Oct. 3, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Oct. 4 – 11, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • You may contact a local courier to pick up your pass at the museum and deliver to your hotel. The museum does not arrange for or cover the cost of a courier. 
• OR USPS Priority Shipping ($11.05) or USPS Priority Express ($28)
  • Allow 5 business days for Priority shipping option. Allow 3 business days for Priority Express shipping.
