Observation Deck Tickets include 1 parking pass for every 4 tickets purchased.
A parking pass is required to access the museum traffic route and to park at the Balloon Museum during Museum Dining Events. A hard-copy, individualized parking pass will be mailed, at no additional charge via USPS first-class mail, for orders received through Sept. 25. Be sure to bring your pass with you.
Beginning Sept. 26, passes are available:
Lost, forgotten or stolen parking passes cannot be replaced but you may purchase a replacement pass by calling 505-880-0500 or emailing tickets@balloonmuseum.com
The parking pass is good for the Balloon Museum Lot only. Each parking pass has a map of how to drive to the Balloon Museum Lot. Please follow closely as traffic patterns are specific during Balloon Fiesta season.
Alternative transportation options are highly recommended to help reduce the number of vehicles on the road and congestion heading into and out of Balloon Fiesta Park.
The Visit Albuquerque Transportation page offers ideas for other alternatives to get in to Balloon Fiesta Park.
Balloon Fiesta Park & Ride is available by calling (505) 881-1000. Ask for a “Bus Only” pass. Note that Park & Ride drop-off is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the museum.
Balloon Fiesta Bike Valet is a free service offered by Balloon Fiesta.
Ride share and taxi services have a designated drop-off point outside Balloon Fiesta Park. Click here to see Maps & Directions.
Note that these alternatives do not deliver you directly to the Balloon Museum. Depending upon the drop-off location, some walking may be involved.
