Take Storytime to New Heights!
Join us for Stories & Music in the Sky, a magical, high-flying adventure in storytelling, music, movement, and art—brought to you by the Albuquerque Balloon Museum!
Who’s it for? Infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners, and first graders (plus their grown-ups!).
What to expect? Each week brings a new theme, brought to life through engaging stories, lively music, and creative crafts. Led by storyteller and music educator Maryse Lapierre, little ones will explore tales and tunes from around the world in multiple languages—with plenty of singing, dancing, and fun! This week we learn about clouds, rain and the water cycle!
When? Every Wednesday morning! Choose from:
9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.
11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
How much? FREE! Just check in at the Balloon Museum ticket booth.
After the program, stick around and explore the museum’s amazing exhibits—including the interactive Elevation Station, perfect for curious young explorers!
Want to bring a group? Preschools, K-1 classes, and caregiver groups are welcome! Just email Anita Fernandez at AFernandez@cabq.gov to reserve your spot.
