Balloon Museum Gala

The Balloon Museum Foundation presents an annual fundraising gala to support the exhibitions and educational efforts of the Balloon Museum. For many years, the Foundation presented the Chic-I-Boom Gala, named after the first special shape balloon, “Chic-I-Boom” in honor of the Carmen Miranda inspired historical balloon. This event was traditionally held in August of every year. During the pandemic the was postponed for two years, but returned with great fanfare and a new date in 2022. This gala is fun, vibrant, full of joy and brings together the museum’s biggest cheerleaders. Event is subject to change and cancellation.
